WellAI is a health and technology company dedicated to changing the way companies and individuals think about healthcare by empowering people in pursuit of wellness through the use of AI models and blockchain technology. WellAI helps reduce physicians' and nurses' burnout, saves medical staff's time, improves employer group benefits, reduces health insurance costs for businesses and employees, and makes patients happier.

Research
Before we started designing, we did some research. The first phase of our research was interviews with doctors, nurses, and patients of the Bent Tree Family Physiciants Clinic. We conducted 12 interviews - interviewed 4 doctors, 5 nurses and 3 patients of the clinic. During the research, we found the pain points of the patients of the clinic, and of the doctors and nurses who work in the clinic.
Before admission, the patient must undergo an initial examination - the procedure is not complicated, but it takes the patient's strength and the doctor's time. The clinics were looking for an option in which the patient could come to the doctor's office with a ready-made examination.

Our solution
WellAI allowed patients to undergo pre-screening without leaving their homes, as instead of a doctor, the initial examination is carried out by a virtual assistant built on the basis of artificial intelligence. It determines the diagnosis and generates a report for the doctor. This saves up to 30% of the time that clinic employees usually spent on examinations, increases loyalty and the number of clinic clients. WellAI also has the ability to ask a nurse a question and book an online appointment

Application simplifies Clinic’s efficiency and the patient’s life by offering the possibility of a remote doctor appointment via online video call. User can schedule an online appointment with his doctor and the video call will take place at the designated time. Patients save their time on the road. Doctors and nurses serve online appointments 30% faster than usual with the same efficiency.
