The customer needed to automate real estate service and warranty maintenance application submission and create a convenient tool for their clients. Before the application release company accepted applications by phone - applications were lost, got to the wrong job performers, did not contain photos and videos of the problem, which increased the response time. Solution was simple we proposed and implemented the NAK Service mobile application. Upon registration real estate and all documents are automatically added and customers can independently submit an application for maintenance, control the status and return for revision

Users can submit requests to the support service of the service company in just one click. You can attach photos directly from your phone to the application and describe their problem. During the problem solving application will get the status of completion and all stages of solving the problem. The user will be able to confirm the execution of the application or return it for revision if the problem is not solved. User evaluates support service work quality in a special rating interface.

We have developed a convenient tool for employees of management and service companies as a separate application but within the scope of the project. It processes requests from customers. Employees receive notifications of new applications with a description of the problem and attached photos and videos. Can look through the full list and details of applications. The application has the function “accept for work”, “Set aside” with the reason and “execute” with video, photo or comment confirmation. The entire application work process is in the admin panel, where the dispatcher or manager can look over attached files, manage applications, view history, ratings and reviews from users.
