About the project
The mobile application "BIG App" is a full-fledged online services ecosystem for customer’s comfortable stay and real estate purchase from the BI Group. Application allows user to both buy real estate from BI Group and interact with the management company in the already purchased estates as well as close transactions, order cleaning, install smart house or sell real estate. Users have the loyalty program: receive special offers from BI Group partners, make online purchases and receive cashback in the application

Buying real estate
Application is like a personal real estate agency for the user. User will be able to see the real estate available for purchase right on the map and book the options they like, option is available in the “Buy” tab. User is able to read the full description of the house and buy real estate in the application
My House
User can control his property in the “My House” tab: monitor the construction in Live mode, look through the house planning, order a finish work, order the installation of a smart house and contact the manager for any questions. During smart house installation you can select various elements directly in the application: security sensors, control of lighting, curtains and household appliances. You can apply for repairs or maintenance, order cleaning, make payments, view expenses and all property documentation right in the application. Application will automatically calculate the cost based on the area of the room and the type of cleaning when cleaning is ordered
